Wish费用和付款政策：订单付款资历

您已发货的订单可以依照下文所述或Wish另行告诉您的方法获得付款资历。在不限制任何其他补救的情形下，Wish可以单方面决议在确认妥投前，延迟汇款并暂扣敷衍给您的任何款项。无法通过您的物流数据或我们的内部体系确认实行的订单可能无法获得付款资历。Wish将每月两次就您的合资历订单向您付款。

订单可在物流服务商确认订单已妥投后立即获得付款资历；或者，如果订单不受商户政策5.4-确认妥投政策束缚，且在订单释放之日起的30个自然日内被物流服务商确认实行，则在用户确认妥投的5个自然日后可获得付款资历。

订单也可以更快获得付款，具体取决于配送订单所用的物流服务商级别。

1级：物流服务商确认WishExpress订单妥投后立即获得付款资历，或者物流服务商确认订单实行后45个自然日获得付款资历

2级：由2级物流服务商确认实行后45个自然日获得付款资历

3级：由3级物流服务商确认实行后75个自然日获得付款资历

4级：由4级物流服务商确认实行后90个自然日获得付款资历

若订单应用的物流服务商不在物流选择向导列表中，且未确认妥投，则订单将在物流服务商确认实行之后的90个自然日后获得付款资历。

订单须在释放之日起的30个自然日内由物流服务商确认实行，方可获得付款资历。商户可通过订单的“物流跟踪申诉”工具对订单付款资历进行申诉。订单付款资历仅可在订单释放给商户后的90个自然日内进行申诉和审批。如果订单物流跟踪申诉未在订单释放给商户后的90个自然日内获批，则该订单将无法获得付款资历。

对于A+物流计划订单：

对于在订单释放时拥有白银、黄金或铂金店铺排名的店铺，A+物流计划订单或可在物流服务商确认实行之后的20个自然日后获得付款资历。

对于某些表示优良的产品的订单：

对于在订单释放时拥有白银、黄金或铂金店铺排名的店铺，某些表示优良的产品的订单或可在物流服务商确认实行之后的20个自然日后获得付款资历。

订单在被物流服务商第一次跟踪扫描包裹时，即被视为已确认实行。

当物流服务商确认妥投或用户确认收货后，订单即被视为已确认妥投。

9.2.2OrderPaymentEligibility

YourshippedorderswillbeeligibleforpaymentassetoutbeloworasotherwisecommunicatedtoyoubyWish.Withoutlimitinganyotherremedies,Wishmayunilaterallydecidetodelaytheremittanceandwithholdanyamountpayabletoyouuntilreceivingtheconfirmationofdelivery.Ordersthatcannotbeconfirmedasfulfilledeitherbyyourtrackingdataorthroughourinternalsystemsmaybeineligibleforpayment.Wishwillpayyouforyoureligibleorderstwicepermonth.

IfanorderisshippedwithacarriernotlistedintheRoutingGuideandisnotconfirmeddelivered,itiseligibleforpayment90calendardaysaftertheorderwasconfirmedfulfilledbythecarrier.

Ordersmustbeconfirmedfulfilledbythecarrierwithin30calendardaysfromorderreleasetimetobeeligibleforpayment.Merchantsareallowedtodisputetheorderpaymenteligibilityviatheordertrackingdisputetool.Theorderpaymenteligibilitycanonlybedisputedandapprovedwithin90calendardaysfromwhentheorderwasreleasedtothemerchant.Iftheordertrackingdisputeisnotapprovedwithinthe90calendardayperiodfromwhentheorderwasreleasedtothemerchant,theorderwillnotbeeligibleforpayment.
