Wish平台如果订单未在指定时间内由物流服务商确认实行，会怎么样？

5.5如果订单未在释放之日起的指定时间内由物流服务商确认实行，则订单将被处以赔款

如果订单在释放后的以下指定时间内未被物流服务商确认实行，则商户将会被处以赔款：订单金额的20%或$1.00*，取金额较大者：

金额（商户单品定价+单品运费）低于$100.00*的订单，若未在订单释放后168小时内确认实行，将会见临赔款。

金额（商户单品定价+单品运费）大于或等于$100.00*的订单，若未在订单释放后336小时内确认实行，将会见临赔款。

订单金额为“数目x（商户设定价钱+商户设定运费）”。

如果订单在释放后的X个自然日内由物流服务商确认妥投，则该订单的延时确认实行赔款将会被撤销。但是，如果商户因任何原因更新物流单号，赔款将不予撤销。

商户可通过“物流跟踪申诉”工具对这些赔款进行申诉。

赔款仅可在其生成后的90个自然日内进行申诉和审批。如果赔款申诉未在其生成后的90个自然日内获批，赔款将不予撤销。

5.6应用虚伪物流单号实行的订单将被处以赔款

无论何时，如果商户提供虚伪物流单号，则其可能将面临赔款。赔款金额为原订单金额加$500.00*。

订单金额为“数目x（商户设定价钱+商户设定运费）”。

赔款仅可在其生成后的90个自然日内进行申诉和审批。如果赔款申诉未在其生成后的90个自然日内获批，赔款将不予撤销。

5.7诱骗性实行订单政策

实行订单时诱骗用户会导致您的店铺曝光量减少，并且每次违规均将被处以$10,000.00*赔款。

5.8从中国内地发货—仅限WishPost

对于从中国内地发货的订单，WishPost是唯一认可的物流服务商。商户不得应用其他物流服务商承运中国内地发货的订单，通过WishPost应用的除外。中国内地以外的 /地域的订单将不受影响。

若商户店铺被发觉违背上述配送政策，其将被处以赔款、扣留付款和/或暂停交易的处分办法。

商户如果选用WishPost以外的物流服务商来实行从中国内地发货的订单，则每个违规订单将被处以$100.00*的赔款。

附录：商户只能基于符合规定的理由移除A+物流计划订单。若发觉商户基于不符合规定的理由移除订单，则每笔违规订单可能会被处以$100.00*赔款。如果屡次违背本政策，可能会受到暂停账户等提高处分。

商户从物流计划移除的、可从位于中国内地以外地域的仓库直接发货的所有订单均必需应用提供确认妥投信息的物流服务商实行。因此，商户也必需遵照商户政策5.4和商户政策7.5中关于此类订单的确认妥投时效要求。

对于商户基于“从中国内地以外发货”之外的理由（即订单将从中国内地发货）移除的A+物流计划订单：

如果订单受确认妥投政策的束缚，则商户必需应用WishPost来实行订单，并选择提供尾程物流跟踪信息（即确认妥投信息）的适合的WishPost物流渠道和服务等级；

如果订单不受确认妥投政策的束缚，则商户可以自由选择任何WishPost物流渠道来实行订单。

5.9撤消订单赔款政策

如果订单在确认实行前被撤消或被退款，则商户将面临每个违规订单$2.00*的赔款。

商户可在赔款声明发表后的3个工作日内，对赔款提出申诉。

Ifatanytimeamerchantprovidesatrackingnumberfoundtobefake,themerchantmaybesubjecttopenalties.Thepenaltyamountissuedwillreflectordervalueplus$500.00*.

Ordervalueisdefinedasquantity*(merchantprice+merchantshipping).

Thepenaltycanonlybedisputedandapprovedwithin90calendardaysfromwhenthepenaltywascreated.Ifthepenaltydisputeisnotapprovedwithinthe90calendardayperiodfromwhenthepenaltywascreated,thepenaltywillnotbereversed.

5.7DeceptiveFulfillmentPolicy

Ordersthatarefulfilleddeceptivelyaresubjecttodecreasedimpressionsforyourstoreandapenaltyof$10,000.00*perincident.

5.8ShippingfromMainlandChina-WishPostOnly

WishPostistheonlyacceptedshippingcarrierforordersshippedfromMainlandChina.AllothershippingcarrierswillnotbeacceptableforordersshippedfromMainlandChina,unlessutilizedthroughWishPost.Ordersthatareshippedfromotherregions/countriesoutsideofMainlandChinawillbeunaffected.

Merchantstoresdetectedtoviolatetheseshippingpolicieswillbesubjecttopenalties,paymentwithholdingand/orpossiblesuspensioninthefuture.

IfanorderhasbeenfoundtobeshippedfromMainlandChina,andwasshippedwithacarrierotherthanWishPost,theviolatingorderwillbepenalized$100.00*.

Addendum:MerchantsmayonlyremoveanAdvancedLogisticsProgramorderfromtheprogramforoneofthequalifiedreasons.Orderremovalfoundtobebasedonnon-qualifiedreasonsmaybepenalized$100.00*pernoncompliantorder.Repeatedviolationsofthispolicymaybesubjecttofurtherpenaltiessuchasaccountsuspension.

AllAdvancedLogisticsProgramordersthatareremovedbymerchantsfromtheprogramandallowedtobeshippedfromwarehousesoutsideofMainlandChinamustbefulfilledwithaConfirmedDeliveryCarrier.Assuch,merchantsmustalsocomplywiththeconfirmeddeliverytimelinerequirementsoutlinedfortheseorders:MerchantPolicy5.4andMerchantPolicy7.5.

ForAdvancedLogisticsProgramordersthatareremovedbymerchantsforreasonsotherthanShippingfromoutsideofMainlandChina(i.e.theorderwilloriginatefromMainlandChina):

IftheorderissubjecttotheConfirmedDeliveryPolicy,merchantsmustfulfilltheorderwithWishPostandselectanappropriateWishPostlogisticschannelandservicelevelthatprovidelast-miletracking(i.e.deliveryconfirmation);

IftheorderisnotsubjecttotheConfirmedDeliveryPolicy,merchantsmayfulfilltheorderswithanyWishPostlogisticschanneloftheirchoice.
