所有商户均可主动加入WishExpress，无需额外注册或申请。是否符合WishExpress资历取决于商户为产品和各目标国/地域设置的更长妥投天数，具体请见下文。

具体来说，对于主仓库和/或二级仓库中的活跃产品，如果商户将Wish支撑配送的任意目标地的“更长妥投天数”设置为5个工作日或更少（商户政策10.2中列出的12个 /地域除外；例如，WishExpress法国路向的“更长妥投天数”须为6个工作日或更少方可视为WishExpress产品），相关产品将被视为WishExpress产品，并有资历享受相应的福利。

此外，如果商户没有按产品和目标国/地域设置“更长妥投天数”，Wish向用户显示的妥投天数将默以为5个工作日（商户政策10.2中列出的12个目标国/地域除外；例如，法国的默认妥投时限为6个工作日），这些产品也有资历享受WishExpress福利。
